· I’m probably one of the oldest members here but it’s not age that matters, it’s the wonderful special friends I’ve made on LG. People of both sexes with shared interests who also chat about everyday things, not pure sex. People who share news, views and opinions. · We’ve been happily married for 34 years this year. We’ve always had very regular sex starting before we married and it hasn’t slowed down yet. Weekends and holidays are still the favourite times for sex twice or three times a day. · We encountered our first nudist/naturist beach in 1978, took to the idea of ‘clothes free’ and have practiced ever since. · For our holidays we always rent a private house with garden and pool in the Mediterranean area where we can, when we wish, be naked 24/7. Outdoor sex or in the pool is wonderful. · I know fairly exactly our sexual performance record because when I bought my first computer in 1986 I wanted to learn spreadsheets. I had no immediate use and so thought about what data I could use to learn. I hit on the idea of a date/data sex diary and have maintained it ever since. With some conservative estimates for previous years, our ‘total score’ will hit 7,500+ this year. · We’ve tried just about every position in the book and Doggie is now our favourite. We are definitely deep penetration and flesh-on-flesh noise fans. · I lost my virginity at 21 in my car in the Alps after midnight when the temperature was -10c. It was brass monkey weather! · I wear thongs and I shave in the critical area during the summer months. · I still enjoy self-pleasuring and practice it daily but I try to avoid cuming, preferring instead to save it until we get together in bed or wherever in the house we choose. · I love LG. It’s the FaceBook equivalent of our community.
Many members obviously found that they couldn't get into Lovespace for a while in the past 24 hours. I guess we tend to think it's just a problem with our own connection but when a few friends e-mailed me, I knew it must be a site problem. As when problems have occurred in the past, I used the details at the bottom right of the Lovers' Guide Home page to e-mail the editor about the problem. And as always when problems have happened, Peers was quickly on the case and the matter was resolved very fast. Thanks Peers. Mike
A LG friend and I often talk about personal determination and achieving in life: in work, socially and in other ways. We all have our own ways of measuring personal achievement and success because everyones' circumstances are different. To one, becoming the CEO of a company is their ambition and achievement, to another it might be managing the local store, to another it might becoming the senior driver, hand or similar. We each have our own views and criteria for measurement. But many people are modest and hide their light under a bushell for fear that it won't impress others. But then 'others' may not know the odds against which that achievement was made. Have you got a good success story to tell members? If you have, you might not be alone. Remember: it doesn't have to be of high achievement in the business world. It might be of something far more human which many others can relate to as well.
I can't really add too much more than my profile already states or more than I've written in various blogs. But in a nutshell: a career logistician for 30+ years, and for the past 5 years involved with support for an international humanitarian aid organisation. One and a half houses (!), two adult children with three degrees between them, loyal wife who puts me back in my box when I get it wrong (!), former semi-professional ski racer, dingy sailor, mountain walker/climber and fisherman. Have done parachuting, gliding, motorcycle trials and so the outdoor activity list goes on. Well travelled in Europe and a bit of USA and Canada but need to see many more places yet. Love developing genuine friendships with the right LG members. Mike
Tell us what music (song, band, group, whatever) really lights the fire for you and your wife/partner/girlfriend/lover. What music gets you so aroused that you both melt into a heap of hot, uncontrolled passion? Ours is "Je t'aime ... moi non plus" by Jane Birkin and Serge Gainsbourg. It is knee trembling, heart throbbing, melt-in-your-arms music and words. So sexy! So very French. Mais OUI! Absolutement. Vien - maintenant!
