I been with my partner 7 years and when we first start dating she was on the combi pill then she changed it to the pill injection she been on the injection for 5 years but we are planing to wed next year and start a family and pill injection made put on weight and I heard it take a year to fall pregnant coming off the injection is this true I am 36 and partner is 34 and I dont want to leave it to late to become a dad so my question is her next injection is due next month and we want change contraception what is the best one because I love to get her pregnant on our honeymoon and she cant wait to become a mum I am thinking the mini-pill is that best one

My best suggestion is talk to your local doctor for the information as thet can look at your partners records and work with you the best option.
